Introduction of Each Floor
Both of the two buildings are available in 25 floors, above 3rd floors are our luxury apartment units. The second floor is our fitness center, which is equipped with heated swimming pool, gym, aerobics room, spa, massage room and beauty salon. For business requirement, the meeting room is on the second floor as well. The ground floor is the reception hall with our professional staff and famous restaurants, Bakery and Chin Herr Thai Spa Villa. The basement 1 is the exclusive deluxe spa - Jasper Spa, mainly designed for ladies. The basements 2 to 4 are parking space, the basement 2 and basements 3-4 are for visitors and residents respectively. 

Security Management
In order to offer complete protection and keep the high living quality, Japer Villa Xinyi adopts the advanced and precision security systems, including 24 hours surveillance video reordering and entrance cards for elevator. The system can ensure the privacy of our resident effectively. In addition, each master bedroom of the unit is offered with interphone, smoke detector and more for any emergency.

Sited in the Xinyi district, it is convenience for you to access other places by many main roads in Taipei. If you need to take public transportation, Taipei Metro Xiangshan Station and bus station are also quite close to our service apartment.
